First2Protect provide household and landlord’s buildings and contents insurance to a range of clients from within the LSL Group but also from our partners. First2Protect also offers a range of rent protection, legal and home emergency products.

Job Outlines

New Business - Non Regulated

  • The starting point for all advisors, a predominantly outbound focused role warming new clients to the service we offer
  • Gaining consent for our regulated teams to quote and either passing clients to regulated teams in real time or scheduling effective call backs to maximise contact rates
  • This role will support you in gaining a foundation understanding of the insurance industry and its products

New Business or Existing Business – Regulated Advisor

  • Core focus is to provide excellent insurance advice to every client
  • New Business – Provision of quotes for new customers
  • Existing Business - Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to existing clients, including renewals, mid-term adjustments, cancellation and general enquiries
  • This role will provide you with an understanding of the insurance industry and its Products
  • Opportunity to be skilled in our non-standard insurance products, for example high net worth and let property portfolio

Leadership Roles

  • Leading a team, positively influencing the development and performance of others to achieve business objectives
  • For new and aspiring leaders, training is provided to support this transition.  

Operational Roles

Supporting the business, we have various roles such as Leadership, IT, Compliance, Finance and Marketing. 

For example, our business development team support our broker partners, enabling them to provide a better service to their customers.
