Here you’ll find a guide on making a change to your insurance policy, including some answers to frequent questions.

How do I change my policy?

If you need to make a change to your policy, you can:

  1. Login to your online account
  2. Complete a form
  3. Or; call us on 01392 849750

 

Our opening hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 6:30pm

  • Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

 

Please note we do not charge an administration fee for amendments. However depending on the nature of the amendment, the overall price of your policy may change.

How to cancel my policy?

If you wish to cancel your policy, you can do this by:

  1. Complete a form
  2. Or; call us on 01392 849750

Important information

  • A cancellation fee of £35 will be charged, unless you are within your 14 day cooling off period.
  • If you have paid for your policy in full, a pro-rata refund will be calculated. This calculation will be based on the cost of the main policy, deducting all non-refundable charges.
  • If you pay by direct debit when cancelling a policy, a final payment may be due depending on your payment schedule dates.
  • If a claim has been made on the policy, the full premium will be payable and no refund will be given as you have benefited from the policy being in place.
  • Our initial set up fee and charges for finance are non-refundable and are not subject to a pro-rata refund.
  • Add on products (such as Home Emergency) are non-refundable and are not subject to a pro-rata refund.
